At BLISS CB LLC, we understand the critical importance of impartiality in the conduct of our certification activities. As a third-party Certification Body, we are committed to ensuring that all decisions related to the certification of management systems are made with integrity, fairness, and objectivity.

1. Commitment to Impartiality

   BLISS CB LLC recognizes that impartiality is essential to the credibility of certification activities. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of impartiality in all of our operations, and to conducting our certification processes in a manner that fosters confidence in our decisions and services.  Our impartiality procedures are defined within BLISS CB internal document :”Management of impartiality procedure”

2. Identification and Management of Conflicts of Interest

   We proactively identify and assess potential conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of certification work. BLISS CB LLC has established documented processes to manage, mitigate, or eliminate conflicts of interest to safeguard impartiality at every level of our organization.

3. Independence and Objectivity

   Our certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence gathered through competent audit processes. We ensure that no undue pressure — commercial, financial, or otherwise — influences our certification decisions.

4. Governance and Oversight

   BLISS CB LLC has established an Impartiality Committee, comprised of external and internal stakeholders, which provides independent oversight of our operations and ensures that impartiality is actively maintained across our certification activities.

5. Availability and Transparency

   This impartiality policy is being made publicly available. Our  Management of impartiality procedure and other supporting procedures of our certification activities can be provided upon request.We welcome inquiries about how we maintain impartiality and are transparent in demonstrating our commitment to objective and unbiased certification services.
